Carrot – ½ cup (boiled & mashed)

Beans – ¼ cup (boiled & mashed)

Green peas – ¼ cup (boiled & mashed)

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Breadcrumbs – ½ cup

Oil – for shallow frying

👩‍🍳 How to Make Veg Cutlet

Mix all vegetables, spices, salt, and coriander leaves in a bowl.

Shape the mixture into round or oval cutlets.

Roll each cutlet in breadcrumbs.

Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry cutlets until golden on both sides.

Remove and drain on tissue paper.
