Ingredients Required

8 spring roll sheets

1 cup cabbage (shredded)

½ cup carrot (julienned)

½ cup capsicum (sliced)

1 tablespoon chopped garlic

1 teaspoon soy sauce

1 teaspoon chilli sauce

½ teaspoon black pepper

Salt as required

2 tablespoons corn flour paste

Oil for deep frying

How To Make Veg Spring Rolls

Step 1: Prepare the Filling

Heat a little oil in a pan. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a few seconds. Add cabbage, carrot, and capsicum. Stir fry on high flame for 2–3 minutes.

Step 2: Add Sauces

Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, black pepper, and salt. Mix well and cook for another minute.

Step 3: Fill the Rolls

Place the filling inside a spring roll sheet and roll tightly. Seal the edges using corn flour paste.

Step 4: Fry Until Crispy

Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the spring rolls until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve Hot

Serve hot with tomato ketchup or spicy schezwan sauce.
