Paneer – ½ cup (cubed)

Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced)
Tomato – ½ cup (chopped)
Pizza sauce – 3 tbsp
Mozzarella cheese – ½ cup (grated)
Oregano – ½ tsp
Chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Butter or oil – 1 tsp

Heat a tawa on low flame and grease lightly with butter or oil.
Place the pizza base or bread slices on the tawa.
Spread pizza sauce evenly.
Add paneer, onion, capsicum, and tomato.
Sprinkle cheese, oregano, and chilli flakes.
Cover with a lid and cook on low flame until cheese melts and base turns crisp.
