Sweet corn – 1 cup (boiled & slightly crushed)
Boiled potato – 1 medium (mashed)
Grated cheese – ½ cup
Cornflour – 2 tbsp
All-purpose flour (maida) – 2 tbsp
Black pepper – ½ tsp
Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Breadcrumbs – ½ cup
Oil – for deep frying

In a bowl, mix sweet corn, mashed potato, cheese, cornflour, maida, salt, pepper, and chilli flakes.
Shape the mixture into small balls.
Roll each ball in breadcrumbs for a crispy coating.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry until golden brown.
Remove and drain on tissue paper.
