3 medium tomatoes (chopped)
1 large onion (chopped)
10–12 cashews
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp oil
½ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp garam masala
½ tsp sugar (optional)
¼ cup fresh cream
Salt to taste
1 cup water

Step 1: Prepare the Base
Heat oil and 1 tbsp butter in a pan.
Add onions and sauté until soft.
Add tomatoes and cashews. Cook until tomatoes turn mushy.

In the same pan, add remaining butter.
