Vegetable Fried Rice is a quick and tasty Indo-Chinese dish made with cooked rice, fresh vegetables, and simple sauces. This recipe is perfect for busy days and can be prepared in just 20 minutes.


📝 Ingredients


Cooked rice – 2 cups (cooled)

Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Onion – 1 small (sliced)

Carrot – ½ cup (chopped)

Beans – ½ cup (chopped)

Capsicum – ½ cup (chopped)

Cabbage – ½ cup (optional)

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Green chilli sauce – 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Spring onions – for garnish

👩‍🍳 How to Make Vegetable Fried Rice1. Heat oil in a wok or pan on high flame.

2. Add chopped garlic and sauté for a few seconds.

3. Add onions and stir fry until slightly soft.

4. Add all chopped vegetables and cook on high flame for 2–3 minutes.

5. Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper, and salt. Mix well.

6. Add cooked rice and toss gently without breaking the rice.

7. Stir fry for 2 minutes until everything is well combined.

8. Garnish with spring onions and serve hot.
