📝 Ingredients
Paneer – 200 grams (cubed)
Onion – 2 (finely chopped)
Tomato – 3 (pureed)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Green chilli – 1 (optional)
Oil or butter – 2 tbsp
Fresh cream – 2 tbsp
Red chilli powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Water – as needed
Coriander leaves – for garnish
👩🍳 How to Make Veg Paneer Masala
1. Heat oil or butter in a pan and sauté chopped onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli. Fry for 1 minute.
3. Add tomato puree and cook until oil separates.
4. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
5. Pour some water and let the gravy simmer for 5 minutes.
6. Add paneer cubes and cook for another 3–4 minutes.
7. Add fresh cream and garam masala. Mix gently and turn off the heat.
8. Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serving Suggestions
Serve hot with butter naan, chapati, jeera rice, or plain rice.
