Veg Hakka Noodles is a popular Indo-Chinese dish made with boiled noodles, crunchy vegetables, and simple sauces. It’s quick, tasty, and loved by all age groups.

📝 Ingredients

Hakka noodles – 200 grams

Oil – 2 tbsp

Garlic – 1 tbsp (finely chopped)

Spring onion – 2 tbsp (chopped)

Carrot – ½ cup (julienned)

Capsicum – ½ cup (sliced)

Cabbage – ½ cup (shredded)

Soy sauce – 1 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tsp

Green chilli sauce – 1 tsp

Black pepper – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

👩‍🍳 How to Make Veg Hakka Noodles

Boil noodles as per instructions, drain, and keep aside.

Heat oil in a wok on high flame.

Add garlic and spring onion; sauté quickly.

Add vegetables and stir-fry for 2 minutes.

Add sauces, pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Add noodles and toss gently on high flame.

Serve hot.
