Paneer Bhurji is a delicious North Indian dish made with crumbled paneer, onions, tomatoes, and spices. It’s quick to prepare and perfect for breakfast or dinner.
📝 Ingredients
Paneer – 200 grams (crumbled)
Onion – 1 large (finely chopped)
Tomato – 2 (finely chopped)
Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tsp
Oil or butter – 2 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Red chilli powder – ½ tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
Garam masala – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp (chopped)
👩🍳 How to Make Paneer Bhurji
1. Heat oil or butter in a pan.
2. Add onions and sauté until soft.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and green chilli; fry for 1 minute.
4. Add tomatoes and cook until soft and oil separates.
5. Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
6. Add crumbled paneer and cook for 3–4 minutes.
7. Sprinkle garam masala and coriander leaves. Mix gently and turn off the heat.
🍽️ Serving Suggestions
Serve paneer bhurji with chapati, toast, paratha, or bread.

Do not overcook paneer to keep it soft.
