📝 Ingredients
Cooked rice – 2 cups (cooled)
Oil – 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds – 1 tsp
Urad dal – 1 tsp
Chana dal – 1 tsp
Peanuts – 2 tbsp
Green chilli – 2 (slit)
Curry leaves – 10–12
Turmeric powder – ½ tsp
Salt – to taste
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp (adjust to taste)
Coriander leaves – for garnish
👩🍳 How to Make Lemon Rice
1. Heat oil in a pan. Add peanuts and fry until crunchy.
2. Add mustard seeds, urad dal, and chana dal. Let them splutter.
3. Add green chillies, curry leaves, and turmeric powder.
4. Turn off the flame and add salt and lemon juice. Mix well.
5. Add cooked rice and gently mix until well combined.
6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
