Thick curd / yogurt – 1 cup

Cucumber – 1 medium (grated or finely chopped)

Green chilli – ½ (finely chopped, optional)

Roasted cumin powder – ½ tsp

Black pepper powder – ¼ tsp

Salt – to taste

Coriander leaves – 1 tbsp (chopped)

Mint leaves – 1 tsp (optional)

1. Whisk curd in a bowl until smooth.

2. Add grated cucumber and mix well.

3. Add green chilli, roasted cumin powder, pepper, and salt.

4. Mix gently and garnish with coriander and mint leaves.

5. Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
