Prawns – 300 g (cleaned & deveined)
Butter – 2 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Garlic – 6–8 cloves (finely chopped)
Red chilli flakes – ½ tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Lemon juice – 1 tbsp
Salt – to taste
Coriander leaves / parsley – for garnish

Heat oil and butter in a pan on medium flame.
Add chopped garlic and sauté until aromatic (do not burn).
Add prawns and spread them evenly.
Cook for 2–3 minutes on one side, then flip.
