Masala Oats Recipe (Healthy & Quick)

Masala Oats is a nutritious and filling dish made with oats, vegetables, and Indian spices. It’s perfect for breakfast, light lunch, or weight-friendly dinners.

📝 Ingredients

Oats – 1 cup

Onion – 1 small (finely chopped)

Tomato – 1 small (finely chopped)

Carrot – ¼ cup (chopped)

Beans – ¼ cup (chopped)

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Ginger – 1 tsp (grated)

Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp

Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

Garam masala – ¼ tsp

Oil – 1 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Water – 2½ cups

Coriander leaves – for garnish

👩‍🍳 How to Make Masala Oats

Heat oil in a pan. Add onion and sauté until soft.

Add ginger and green chilli; fry briefly.

Add vegetables and cook for 2 minutes.

Add tomato, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala, and salt.

Add oats and mix well.

Pour water and cook on medium flame until oats turn soft and creamy.

Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.

Serve as is or with curd, lemon wedges, or pickle.
