How to make banana chips

 

🍌 How to Make Banana Chips (Simple & Crispy)


Ingredients


3 raw bananas (green nendran or raw banana)


Oil (coconut oil or any cooking oil)


Salt – as needed


Water – little


Turmeric powder – a pinch (optional)



Method


1. Peel bananas and slice thin round pieces (use slicer or knife).



2. Heat oil in a deep pan on medium flame.



3. Mix salt + water + turmeric (optional).



4. Put banana slices into hot oil slowly.



5. Sprinkle salt water little by little while frying.



6. Fry till golden and crisp.



7. Remove and drain oil on tissue paper.



8. Cool completely and store in airtight box.




Tips


✔ Slice very thin for extra crisp

✔ Use medium flame

✔ Don’t overcrowd pan

Plain salted


Spicy (add chilli powder)


Pepper banana chips
