How to Make Milk Cake (Simple Way)
Ingredients
1 liter full cream milk
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 cup sugar
2 tbsp ghee
A pinch of cardamom powder
Chopped nuts (optional)
Method
1. Boil milk in a thick pan on medium flame.
2. Add lemon juice slowly while stirring. Milk will curdle.
3. Cook the curdled milk on low flame, stirring often, until thick.
4. Add sugar and mix well. Keep stirring until it becomes grainy and leaves the pan.
5. Add ghee and cardamom powder. Mix nicely.
6. Grease a plate, spread the mixture evenly, and press lightly.
7. Add nuts on top (optional). Let it cool.
8. Cut into pieces and serve.
