🥔 How to Make Aloo Paratha (Simple Way)


Ingredients

For Dough

Wheat flour – 2 cups

Salt – a pinch

Water – as needed



For Stuffing

Boiled potatoes – 3 (mashed)

Green chilli – 1 (finely chopped)

Onion – 1 small (optional, finely chopped)

Coriander leaves – 2 tbsp

Salt – to taste

Red chilli powder – ½ tsp

Garam masala – ½ tsp

Cumin powder – ½ tsp



Method

1. Make dough:

Mix wheat flour, salt, and water. Knead into a soft dough. Rest for 10 minutes.


2. Prepare stuffing:

In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, chilli, onion, coriander, salt, and spices well.


3. Roll paratha:

Take a small dough ball, roll slightly, place potato stuffing in center, close and roll gently.


4. Cook:

Heat tawa, place paratha, cook both sides. Apply oil or ghee and cook till golden spots appear.


5. Serve hot:

Serve with curd, butter, or pickle 😋

✨ Tip: Mash potatoes very smooth to avoid breaking while rolling
