How to make pancake

 

Here’s a simple, fluffy pancake recipe 🥞 — perfect for breakfast or a quick treat!


🥣 Ingredients:


1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)


2 tbsp sugar


2 tsp baking powder


A pinch of salt


1 cup milk


1 egg (or 2 tbsp curd for eggless version)


2 tbsp melted butter or oil


1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:


1. Mix dry ingredients:

In a bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.



2. Mix wet ingredients:

In another bowl, whisk milk, egg (or curd), melted butter, and vanilla extract.



3. Combine:

Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix gently until just combined.

(Don’t overmix — lumps are okay!)



4. Cook pancakes:


Heat a non-stick pan on medium flame and lightly grease it with butter.


Pour ¼ cup of batter onto the pan.


Cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.


5. Serve hot:

Stack the pancakes and serve warm with honey, maple syrup, or fruit slices. 🍌🍓


💡 Tips:


Use buttermilk instead of milk for extra fluffiness.


Add chocolate chips or blueberries to the batter for fun variations.
