How to make onion rings
Here’s a crispy and easy onion rings recipe 🧅✨ — perfect for a snack or side dish!
🍽️ Ingredients:
2 large onions (cut into ¼-inch thick rings)
1 cup all-purpose flour (maida)
1 cup corn flour or cornstarch
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp red chili powder (optional)
1 cup cold water (or soda water for extra crispiness)
Bread crumbs (optional, for extra crunch)
Oil for deep frying

1. Prepare the onions:
Peel and slice onions into rings. Separate them gently.
2. Make the batter:
In a bowl, mix flour, corn flour, baking powder, salt, pepper, and chili powder.

3. Heat the oil:
