How to make cheese burger

 

Here’s a simple Cheeseburger Recipe you can try at home 🍔🧀


Ingredients:


Burger buns – 2


Chicken or beef patty (or veg patty) – 2 (store-bought or homemade)


Cheese slices – 2 (cheddar or processed cheese)


Onion – 1 small (sliced into rings)


Tomato – 1 (sliced)


Lettuce – a few leaves


Butter – 1 tbsp (for toasting buns)


Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp


Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp


Mustard sauce – 1 tsp (optional)


Salt & pepper – to taste



Preparation:


1. Toast the buns


Slice the burger buns in half.


Spread a little butter on the cut side and toast on a pan until golden.



2. Cook the patty


If using a readymade patty: shallow fry or grill until hot.


If making fresh patty: Season minced meat (or mashed veggies) with salt, pepper, and herbs, shape into patties, and cook on medium heat until done.



3. Melt the cheese


Place a slice of cheese on top of the hot patty and let it melt slightly.



4. Assemble the burger


Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun.


Add lettuce, tomato slices, and onion rings.


Place the cheesy patty on top.


Drizzle ketchup (and mustard if you like).


Cover with the top bun.



5. Serve


Serve hot with fries, wedges, or a cold drink
