Vanilla Sponge Cake (Eggless & Moist)

- ½ cup milk
- 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
**Instructions:**
1. **Preheat Oven & Prepare Pan:**
- Preheat oven to **350°F (175°C)**.
- Grease an **8-inch cake pan** and line with parchment paper.
2. **Mix Dry Ingredients:**
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar, and salt.
3. **Mix Wet Ingredients:**
- In another bowl, mix yogurt, oil, milk, vinegar, and vanilla extract. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
4. **Combine Wet & Dry Mixtures:**
- Gradually fold the wet mixture into the dry ingredients. Mix gently until smooth (avoid overmixing).
5. **Bake:**
- Pour the batter into the cake pan.
- Bake for **30-35 minutes** or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
