Ingredients

- 2-3 eggs

- Salt and pepper to taste  

- 1 tbsp butter or oil  

- ¼ cup grated cheese (optional)  

- ¼ cup chopped vegetables (e.g., onions, bell peppers, tomatoes)  

- 2 tbsp cooked meat (e.g., ham, bacon) (optional)  


### **Instructions:**  


1. **Beat the eggs** – Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk (if using), salt, and pepper, then whisk until well combined.  

2. **Preheat the pan** – Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat.  

3. **Cook the eggs** – Pour the beaten eggs into the pan and let them cook undisturbed for about 30 seconds.  

4. **Add toppings** – Sprinkle cheese, vegetables, and cooked meat on top of the eggs.  

5. **Fold the omelet** – Once the edges start to set, carefully fold the omelet in half with a spatula.
