Ingredients

- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or 4 small ones)  

- 3 tbsp olive oil  

- 2 tbsp lemon juice (freshly squeezed)  

- 1 tsp lemon zest  

- 3 cloves garlic, minced  

- 1 tsp dried oregano  

- 1 tsp dried thyme  

- ½ tsp salt  

- ½ tsp black pepper  

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)  

- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)  

- Lemon slices (for serving)  


#### **Instructions:**  

1. **Prepare the marinade:** In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, oregano, thyme, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes.  

2. **Marinate the chicken:** Place chicken in a zip-top bag or shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours for more flavor).  

3. **Grill the chicken:** Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).  

4. **Rest & serve:** Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon slices.
