Honey Garlic Shrimp Stir-Fry

**Servings:** 4

#### **Ingredients:**  

- 1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined  

- 1 tbsp olive oil  

- 1 tbsp butter  

- 3 cloves garlic, minced  

- ¼ cup honey  

- 2 tbsp soy sauce  

- 1 tsp ginger, grated  

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)  

- 1 cup broccoli florets  

- ½ cup bell peppers, sliced  

- ½ cup snap peas  

- 1 tsp sesame seeds (for garnish)  

- 2 tbsp green onions, chopped (for garnish)  

- Cooked rice, for serving  


#### **Instructions:**  

1. **Make the sauce:** In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, ginger, and red pepper flakes. Set aside.  

2. **Cook the shrimp:** Heat olive oil and butter in a large pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and opaque. Remove from the pan.  

3. **Sauté the veggies:** In the same pan, add garlic and sauté for 30 seconds. Then, add broccoli, bell peppers, and snap peas. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.  

4. **Combine:** Return shrimp to the pan and pour in the honey garlic sauce. Stir everything together and cook for another 1-2 minutes.  

5. **Serve:** Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions. Serve over cooked rice.
