         Berry Chia Pudding

A creamy, nutritious, and make-ahead breakfast packed with fiber, protein, and antioxidants!  


 **Ingredients** (Serves 2)  

- 1/4 cup chia seeds  

- 1 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)  

- 1 tablespoon maple syrup or honey  

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract  

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)  

- Nuts or granola for topping (optional)  


**Instructions**  

1. **Mix Ingredients:** In a bowl or jar, whisk together chia seeds, milk, sweetener, and vanilla extract.  

2. **Let It Set:** Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight, stirring once after 30 minutes to prevent clumping.  

3. **Serve:** Stir well before serving. Top with fresh berries and a sprinkle of nuts or granola for crunch.  


This chia pudding is a perfect grab-and-go breakfast! You can also blend the mixture before refrigerating for a smoother texture.
