- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)
- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or mozzarella)
- 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley or chives, optional)
**Instructions**
1. **Whisk the Eggs:** In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
