Savory Spinach & Cheese Omelette


A protein-packed, flavorful omelette that’s quick to make and perfect for a satisfying breakfast.  


**Ingredients** (Serves 1)  

- 2 large eggs  

- 2 tablespoons milk (optional, for fluffiness)  

- Salt & black pepper to taste  

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (optional)  

- 1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped  

- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, feta, or mozzarella)  

- 1 teaspoon butter or olive oil  

- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh herbs (parsley or chives, optional)  


**Instructions**  

1. **Whisk the Eggs:** In a bowl, beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.  

2. **Sauté the Spinach:** Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Add the spinach and cook for about 1 minute until wilted.  

3. **Cook the Omelette:** Pour the egg mixture over the spinach. Cook for 1-2 minutes until the edges start to set.  

4. **Add Cheese & Fold:** Sprinkle cheese on one side, then carefully fold the omelette in half. Cook for another minute until the cheese melts.  

5. **Serve & Enjoy:** Transfer to a plate, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve hot!  


This omelette is easy to customize—try adding mushrooms, tomatoes, or bell peppers for extra flavor!
