Ingredients
2 cups boiled pasta
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons maida
2 cups milk
½ cup grated cheese
½ cup capsicum
½ cup sweet corn
½ teaspoon chilli flakes
½ teaspoon oregano
Salt as needed
Black pepper as needed.
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare White Sauce
Heat butter in a pan. Add maida and sauté for 1 minute. Slowly pour milk and stir continuously until smooth and creamy.
Step 2: Add Seasoning
Add salt, black pepper, chilli flakes, oregano, and cheese. Mix well.
Step 3: Add Vegetables
Add capsicum and sweet corn. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
Step 4: Mix Pasta
Add boiled pasta and mix everything until fully coated in creamy sauce.
Step 5: Serve Hot
