4 boiled eggs
2 tbsp oil
1 onion (finely chopped)
2 tomatoes (chopped)
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp coriander powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
½ tsp garam masala
1 tsp fennel seeds
8–10 curry leaves
Salt to taste

Heat oil in a pan. Add fennel seeds and curry leaves. Let them release aroma.
