3 tbsp butter
5–6 garlic cloves (minced)
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp chilli flakes
1 tsp mixed herbs (optional)
Salt to taste
1 tbsp lemon juice
Fresh parsley or coriander (for garnish)

Step 1: Prepare the Chicken
Pat dry the chicken pieces.
Season with salt and black pepper on both sides.
