🧀 How to Make Macaroni and Cheese (Simple & Creamy)
Ingredients
1 cup macaroni pasta
2 cups water
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp all-purpose flour (maida)
1 cup milk
1 cup grated cheese (cheddar or processed)
Salt – to taste
Black pepper – to taste
Chili flakes (optional)
Method
1. Cook the macaroni:
Boil water with salt. Add macaroni and cook until soft. Drain and keep aside.
2. Make cheese sauce:
Heat butter in a pan. Add flour and stir for 1 minute on low flame.
Slowly add milk, stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
3. Add cheese:
Add grated cheese, salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Stir until smooth and creamy.
4. Mix pasta:
Add cooked macaroni to the sauce. Mix well and cook for 1–2 minutes.
5. Serve hot and enjoy 🧀🍝
Tips
Add vegetables like corn or capsicum for extra taste.
For baked version, top with cheese and bake for 10 minutes.
