How to make parfect mango kulfi

 

Here’s a simple Mango Kulfi recipe 🍧🥭 – creamy, sweet, and perfect for summer!

Ingredients


2 ripe mangoes (peeled & pureed)


2 cups full cream milk


½ cup condensed milk (or ½ cup sugar)


2 tbsp milk powder (optional, makes it creamier)


3–4 tbsp fresh cream (optional)


½ tsp cardamom powder


Chopped nuts (pistachio, cashew, almonds – optional)

Method


1. Boil Milk


In a heavy pan, boil the milk and reduce it to about half while stirring often.


Add condensed milk (or sugar) and mix well.




2. Add Flavor


Stir in milk powder, cream (if using), and cardamom powder.


Let the mixture cool completely.




3. Add Mango


Blend the mango pulp until smooth.


Mix the mango puree into the cooled milk mixture.




4. Freeze


Pour into kulfi moulds, small cups, or popsicle moulds.


Add some chopped nuts if you like.


Insert sticks and freeze for at least 6–8 hours or overnight.




5. Serve


Dip the moulds in warm water for a few seconds to unmould easily.
