How to make parfect chicken lolipop
Here’s a simple Chicken Lollipop Recipe you can try at home:
📝 Ingredients:
Chicken wings (lollipop cut) – 10 to 12 pieces
Ginger-garlic paste – 1 tbsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Black pepper powder – ½ tsp
Soy sauce – 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup – 1 tbsp
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Maida (all-purpose flour) – 2 tbsp
Egg – 1 (optional, for binding)
Salt – as needed
Oil – for deep frying
🔪 Preparation Steps:
Step 1: Marination
1. Clean and pat dry the chicken lollipops.
2. In a bowl, add ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, pepper, soy sauce, salt, and little tomato ketchup.
3. Mix well and marinate for 30 minutes to 1 hour.
Step 2: Coating
1. Add corn flour, maida, and egg to the marinated chicken.
2. Mix well to coat evenly. (Add a few spoons of water if needed to make a thick batter-like coating).
Step 3: Frying
1. Heat oil in a deep pan.
2. Drop the lollipops one by one and fry on medium flame until golden brown and crispy.
3. Remove and drain excess oil on tissue paper.
🌶 Optional Sauce Toss (Restaurant Style)
1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan.
2. Add chopped garlic, green chili, onion, and capsicum.
3. Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, and tomato ketchup. Stir well.
4. Toss the fried lollipops in this sauce for a spicy, juicy taste.
