How to make Chicken nuggets

 

Here’s a simple chicken nuggets recipe you can try at home:


Ingredients:


250g boneless chicken (cut into small pieces)


1 cup breadcrumbs


½ cup all-purpose flour (maida)


1 egg (beaten)


1 tsp garlic powder (optional)


1 tsp black pepper powder


1 tsp red chili powder (optional)


Salt to taste


Oil for frying



Method:


1. Marinate the chicken – In a bowl, mix chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Let it rest for 15 minutes.



2. Prepare coating – Keep 3 bowls: one with flour, one with beaten egg, and one with breadcrumbs mixed with chili powder.



3. Coat the chicken – Dip each chicken piece first in flour, then in egg, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.



4. Fry – Heat oil in a pan on medium flame. Fry nuggets until golden brown and crispy.



5. Serve – Place on tissue paper to absorb extra oil. Serve hot with ketchup or mayo.


👉 You can also bake them at 200°C for 20 minutes (flip halfway) for a healthier version.
