Honey Garlic Glazed Salmon 

**Servings:** 4  

**Prep Time:** 10 minutes  

**Cook Time:** 15 minutes  


#### **Ingredients:**  

- 4 salmon fillets  

- 2 tbsp olive oil  

- 2 tbsp butter  

- 4 cloves garlic, minced  

- ¼ cup honey  

- 2 tbsp soy sauce  

- 1 tbsp lemon juice  

- ½ tsp salt  

- ½ tsp black pepper  

- ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)  

- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)  

- Lemon slices (for serving)  


#### **Instructions:**  

1. **Prepare the salmon:** Pat the salmon fillets dry and season with salt and black pepper.  

2. **Sear the salmon:** Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the salmon for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside.  

3. **Make the glaze:** In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic for 30 seconds. Stir in honey, soy sauce, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes until slightly thickened.  

4. **Glaze the salmon:** Return the salmon to the pan and spoon the glaze over it. Let it cook for another 2 minutes until fully coated.  

5. **Serve:** Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon slices.
