Greek Yogurt & Granola Parfait


A refreshing, protein-rich breakfast that’s perfect for a quick morning meal or a light snack!  


 **Ingredients** (Serves 1)  

- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)  

- 1/2 cup granola  

- 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)  

- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup (optional)  

- 1/2 teaspoon chia seeds or flaxseeds (optional)  

- Nuts or coconut flakes for topping (optional)  


 **Instructions**  

1. **Layer the Parfait:** In a glass or bowl, add half of the Greek yogurt, then a layer of granola, followed by a layer of berries.  

2. **Repeat the Layers:** Add the remaining yogurt, then another layer of granola and berries.  

3. **Drizzle & Serve:** Drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired, and sprinkle with seeds or nuts for extra crunch.  


This parfait is packed with protein, fiber, and healthy fats, making it a perfect balance of nutrition and flavor! Try swapping out the berries for mango, banana, or peaches for variety.
