Fluffy Banana Oat Pancakes

Fluffy Banana Oat Pancakes

These healthy banana oat pancakes are soft, fluffy, and naturally sweetened—perfect for a quick and nutritious breakfast!

 **Ingredients** (Serves 2-3)

- 1 ripe banana

- 1 cup rolled oats

- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or non-dairy)

- 1 egg

- 1 teaspoon baking powder

- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

- 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

- Butter or oil for cooking

**Instructions**

1. **Blend the Batter:** In a blender, combine the banana, oats, milk, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, and sweetener. Blend until smooth. Let it sit for a few minutes to thicken.

2. **Heat the Pan:** Preheat a non-stick pan over medium heat and lightly grease it with butter or oil.

3. **Cook the Pancakes:** Pour small amounts of batter onto the pan to form pancakes. Cook for about 2-3 minutes until bubbles appear on the surface, then flip and cook for another 1-2 minutes.

4. **Serve & Enjoy:** Stack them up and top with fresh fruits, nuts, yogurt, or a drizzle of honey!

These pancakes are naturally gluten-free and can be made vegan by swapping the egg for a flax egg and using plant-based milk.
