Masala Bread Toast is one of the fastest and tastiest snacks you can make in just 5 minutes. It is crispy, spicy, and perfect for sudden hunger, tea time, or kids’ snack box

Total Time: 5 Minutes

Serves: 1–2 People

Ingredients

2 bread slices

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 small tomato (finely chopped)

1 green chilli (chopped)

1 tablespoon butter or oil

Salt as needed

½ teaspoon chilli flakes

½ teaspoon oregano

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Mixture

Mix onion, tomato, green chilli, salt, chilli flakes, and oregano in a bowl.

Step 2: Toast Bread

Heat butter on a pan and place bread slices.

Step 3: Add Topping

Spread the prepared mixture on bread and press slightly.

Step 4: Cook Until Crispy

Toast both sides until golden brown and crispy.

Step 5: Serve Hot

Serve immediately with ketchup or chai
