Paneer Bhurji (Quick Indian Paneer Scramble)

Paneer Bhurji is a quick and flavorful Indian dish made with crumbled paneer, onions, tomatoes, and spices. It is a great option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner and can be prepared in just 15 minutes.

Cooking Time: 10 minutes

🛒 Ingredients

200 g paneer (crumbled)

1 small onion (finely chopped)

1 small tomato (chopped)

1 green chili (chopped)

½ tsp turmeric powder

½ tsp red chili powder

½ tsp garam masala

Salt to taste

2 tbsp oil or butter

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

👩‍🍳 Method

1️⃣ Heat oil or butter in a pan.

2️⃣ Add chopped onion and sauté until soft.

3️⃣ Add green chili and chopped tomato. Cook for 2–3 minutes.

4️⃣ Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

5️⃣ Add crumbled paneer and cook for 3–4 minutes.

6️⃣ Sprinkle garam masala and mix gently.

7️⃣ Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
