🥗 1. SIMPLE VEGETABLE SALAD (Quick & Healthy)


⭐ Ingredients


1 cucumber (chopped)

1 tomato (chopped)

1 onion (optional)

1 carrot (grated or chopped)

Lettuce or cabbage (a handful)

1 green chilli (optional)

Salt – to taste

Pepper – ½ tsp

Lemon juice – 1 tbsp

Olive oil – 1 tsp (optional)



⭐ Method


1. Add all chopped vegetables to a bowl.

2. Sprinkle salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

3. Add olive oil and mix lightly

4. Serve immediately for freshness.
