How to make aloo gobhi

Simple Aloo Gobi Recipe
🧅 Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower (gobi) pieces
2 potatoes (aloo), chopped
1 onion (optional)
1 tomato
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt
2–3 tbsp oil
Coriander leaves
🍳 Method (Easy Steps)
1️⃣ Heat Oil
Add oil in a pan. Add onion (optional) and fry lightly.
2️⃣ Add Spices
Add ginger-garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, salt.
Fry for 1 minute.
3️⃣ Add Aloo & Gobi
Add chopped potatoes and cauliflower. Mix well.
4️⃣ Add Tomato
Add tomato pieces. Mix and cook.
5️⃣ Cover & Cook
Cover pan and cook on low flame for 10–12 mins
until aloo and gobi become soft.
6️⃣ Finish
Add garam masala + coriander leaves.
Mix and switch off.
🍽️ Ready!
