How to make venilla icecream 🍨

 

Here’s a simple homemade vanilla ice cream recipe you can make easily — no ice cream machine needed 🍦


🍨 Ingredients:


2 cups heavy cream (or fresh cream)


1 cup milk (full fat)


¾ cup sugar


1 tbsp vanilla extract (or 1 vanilla pod)


A pinch of salt


🥣 Method 1 – With Ice Cream Maker:


1. Mix ingredients:

In a bowl, combine milk, sugar, and salt. Stir until the sugar dissolves.



2. Add cream & vanilla:

Stir in heavy cream and vanilla extract.



3. Chill the mixture:

Refrigerate for about 1–2 hours.



4. Churn:

Pour into your ice cream maker and churn as per the machine instructions (usually 25–30 mins).



5. Freeze:

Transfer to an airtight container and freeze for at least 4 hours before serving.


🍶 Method 2 – Without Ice Cream Maker:


1. Whip the cream:

In a large bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.



2. Mix milk, sugar, vanilla:

In another bowl, mix milk, sugar, salt, and vanilla until sugar dissolves.



3. Combine:

Gently fold the milk mixture into the whipped cream.



4. Freeze:

Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 6–8 hours.



5. Stir occasionally:

Every 2 hours, stir the mixture to break ice crystals (do this 2–3 times).
