How to make sandwich

 

Here’s a simple and tasty sandwich recipe you can make at home 👇


🥪 Vegetable Sandwich Recipe


Ingredients:


4 slices of bread (white, brown, or multigrain)


2 tbsp butter (softened)


2 tbsp green chutney or mayonnaise


1 small cucumber – sliced


1 tomato – sliced


1 small onion – sliced


1 boiled potato – sliced (optional)


Salt and pepper – to taste


Cheese slice (optional)


Instructions:


1. Prepare the bread:

Spread butter on one side of each bread slice.

Spread green chutney or mayonnaise over the buttered side.



2. Add the fillings:

Place cucumber, tomato, onion, and potato slices evenly on one slice.

Sprinkle a little salt and pepper.



3. Add cheese (optional):

Place a cheese slice over the veggies for a creamy texture.



4. Close the sandwich:

Cover with another slice of bread, chutney side facing down.



5. Toast or grill (optional):


For a cold sandwich, cut and serve immediately.


For a grilled sandwich, toast in a sandwich maker or tawa until golden brown.


6. Serve:

Cut diagonally and serve with ketchup or green chutney.
